With the advent of Drive-Thru cashpoint machines customers will be able to draw cash without leaving their vehicles. Two instruction lists are provided - one for males and one for females.

MALE PROCEDURE
1. Drive up to cash machine
2. Wind down car window
3. Insert card into machine and enter PIN
4. Enter amount of cash required
5. Withdraw card, cash and receipt
6. Drive away

FEMALE PROCEDURE
1. Drive up to cash machine
2. Reverse back the required amount to align car
window with machine
3. Wind down car window
4. Find handbag, tip all contents onto passenger seat to
find card
5. Find make-up bag and check make-up in mirror
6. Attempt to insert card in machine
7. Open door for easier access to machine due to
parking too far away
8. Insert card
9. Re-insert car the right way up
10. Retrieve diary and find PIN
11. Enter PIN in machine
12. Cancel and re-enter correct PIN
13. Enter amount of cash required
14. Retrieve cash
15. Empty handbag again to find purse
16. Retrieve receipt and place in purse with money
17. Drive forward six feet
18. Reverse back to cash machine
19. Retrieve card
20. Empty handbag to locate card holder, place card
in holder
21. Check make-up
22. Restart stalled engine and pull away
23. Drive for three or four miles
24. Release handbrake
