OVCC celebrated its centenary in 1996. Oxshott's cricket team of 1896 was full of villagers, a mixture of rich landowners, tenant farmers, handymen and servants to the landed gentry and the club has a fascinating history going back to the 19th century.
Oxshott Village Cricket Club now forms part of Oxshott Village Sports Club situated in the Surrey village of Oxshott less than 17 miles from London and from the cathedral city of Guildford.

Since 1968, Cricket Week in the first full week of August has been a focal point of Oxshott's cricketing and social calendar.
