Oxshott
is a village of some 2600 homes situated in Surrey about 17 miles
south west of London, largely surrounded by Green Belt woodland
and farmland.
It lies within the local authority area of Elmbridge adjoining the
larger Cobham and south of Esher.
Oxshott
was one of the first English village communities to go on the Internet
and inspired the neighbouringCobham Online
